🙂īebalanced has literally changed my life. I believe this way of self-care will be easier to manage and continue for many years because of your guidance. I am so happy I did it.Thank you to my coach, TommiAnne Lutz! I have never felt more energized and capable than I do after our meetings. I am usually busy making sure everyone else of okay. Even my husband ( who is pretty fit) is learning different strategies by seeing what I am doing.This is an investment in me. This new mindset of eating natural, sugar-free foods is a game changer. This isn't an 'ok you lost 20 or more pounds, good job, goodbye' program.You really can't do this on your own. They are with you through the phases of the program to ensure you are where you need to be.

They are the reason I will keep this weight off.

But here is the big thing for me- the coaches - actually humans, not an app or website, that helps you through the process. I am sure many of you can relate! The program is easy to follow. I think about everything on my plate- more things just keep piling up instead of going away. Exercising and eating healthy foods did not help with brain fog and menopausal symptoms, including weight gain. I had to share my journey with everyone! Before starting the Be Balanced program, I thought I was doing all the right things for my mind and body. Thank you again to Alaina from Murrysville, PA for all your help and guidance through the start of my forever journey. If you really want to lose the weight and keep it off they are your go to people. I have more energy, not tired all the time now, eating healthier etc, all in all I would highly recommend BeBalanced to anyone. I am currently in Phase 3 and reintroducing foods and my body is finding out and telling me what it can handle and what it can't. I was taught things that doctors have never mentioned to me about my stomach issues and this diet plan has minimized the issues I have. I have stomach problems and working with this diet plan has really helped with that. The people at BeBalanced really do care for their people that they help. I have not yet my goal weight but I am still going strong and working on it. This has been the only program that has worked efficiently for me and easy to stick to. I am 43 years old and have a 3 year old that I need to keep up with and be healthy for, for him. I have struggled with my weight since I was in high school. I didn't take any photos but my experience with BeBalanced has been the best, healthy, clean weight-loss experience ever.
